Terms and cancellation

Who you book with

Santos Skoolie is run by Bucas SRL, cédula jurídica 3-102-729219, in Tierras Morenas, Tilarán, Guanacaste, Costa Rica.

The property is registered with the Costa Rican Tourism Board (ICT) as non-traditional lodging, code HNT002733.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and include Costa Rica's 13% value-added tax (IVA). The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

The full amount is charged when you book. Payments are processed by Tilopay, a Costa Rican payment provider. Your card details go to Tilopay directly and never pass through this site.

Bucas SRL issues an electronic invoice (factura electrónica) for every stay.

Cancellation

Full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.

50% refund if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in.

No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in.

If we ever have to cancel your stay, you get a full refund. Refunds go back to the card you paid with.

Arrival and departure

Self check-in with a keypad from 2:00 PM. Check-out before 10:00 AM.

Each bus has a maximum number of guests, shown on its page. Only Bus 1 accepts pets: one dog.
