What we collect

When you book, we ask for your name, email, phone, country and the dates of your stay. We need these to hold your booking, send you arrival details and issue your electronic invoice.

We never see or store your card number. Tilopay handles the payment.

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It sets cookies in your browser and tells us things like your country and device, never your name or email.

Who we share it with

Only with the services that make your stay work: Smoobu, which manages our booking calendar; Tilopay, which processes your payment; and Costa Rica's Ministry of Finance (Hacienda), which receives every electronic invoice by law.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as Costa Rican tax law requires.

Your rights

Under Costa Rica's data protection law (Ley 8968) you can ask to see, correct or delete your data. Email hola@santosskoolie.com.
