The original of the three buses, and still the one with the biggest deck. A school bus rebuilt by hand into a tiny home, parked where the Guanacaste hills drop away and the sunsets run long. Full kitchen, hot rain shower, Wi-Fi, self check-in at any hour.
The deck is the whole point
A big furnished outdoor deck facing the Guanacaste hills, with nothing built between you and the horizon. It is where you eat breakfast, where you read all afternoon, and where you will be standing when the sun goes down. This is the one bus without a plunge pool. The deck is the trade, and it is a good one.
Sleep
Queen bed with hotel-grade linens plus sofa beds, so there is room for three. This is the only one of the buses that sleeps more than a couple.
Dogs welcome
One dog is welcome, and with no plunge pool on this bus there is nothing to keep them away from. Open grass to sit on and hills to walk. Let us know in advance so we have everything ready.
Kitchen and bathroom
Full kitchen: induction stove, fridge, French press, Costa Rican coffee. Rain shower, hot water, thick towels, and the toothbrush you forgot.
Work, if you must
Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace. Plenty of guests work full weeks from here.
