Bus 1 - Ideal for travelers that are looking for something unique! We converted an old bus to a great experience bringing mini apartment with a view. You will have a complete privacy since all the windows are facing a nice valley of fields and sometimes cows. We made sure you could work remotely too, WIFI is fast. Follow us on IG: santos_skoolie Our BUS apartment is a cozy place. We put a lot of love in it and made everything as we would do for ourselves. At night you can have some warm light LEDS on to enjoy the evening or read a book with a sound of wind. Buses are situated in front of my woodshop.

Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire Skoolie and surrounding outdoor areas. This includes the private plunge pool, furnished patio with panoramic valley views, fully equipped kitchen, queen bedroom, and modern bathroom. Free parking is available on-site. You’ll enjoy complete privacy during your stay. Check-in is flexible and easy via a smart lock system.

We respect your privacy, but we’re always available if you need anything. You can contact us anytime through the Airbnb app, and we usually respond within minutes. My woodshop is located right next to the parking area, so if I see you driving in, I’ll likely come say hello and welcome you in person. If you’d like local tips or help with anything during your stay, I’m happy to assist. Your comfort is our priority.

Please note that the Skoolie is located in a quiet, rural area surrounded by nature. While the road is paved, we recommend arriving before dark if it’s your first time. The space is designed for adults and is not suitable for children due to the plunge pool and bus stairs.

You'll find a small selection of locally sourced snacks, drinks, and handmade items available for purchase in the space—no pressure, just convenience.

Occasionally, you may hear distant sounds from my woodshop next door during the day. I keep hours light and respectful to maintain the peaceful setting.
